Burns started her career in television with the role of supporting role of Peg on the popular Spanish-American teenage comedy Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns began her career in television in 1995, when she joined the cast for the Spanish-American teenage sitcom Out of the Blue (1995-1996). The following year, she starred in Baywatch: Hawaii The sequel of the Baywatch action show. Burns left Baywatch due to her pregnancies.
